• Never transmitted to our servers
• Temporarily stored in your browser's session storage only while you complete the form
• Automatically cleared after the W9 is sent or when you close your browser

Email Service

When you choose to send a W9:

• We use a secure email service (Resend) to deliver your W9
• Email addresses are used only for sending the specified W9 form

Security

We maintain security through:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Client-side PDF generation
• Secure email delivery
• No server-side storage of sensitive information
